2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

4. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for training events must be made in advance.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
Refunds are available only for courses purchased directly from our website.
To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase date.
Refunds will only be granted if the course has not been accessed and remains entirely incomplete.
Courses purchased at a discounted rate or through promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds.
Access to downloadable materials or resources is non-refundable once accessed.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and supportive manner during all training events. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and during our training events, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, is the property of REIKI by the SEA and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any content or services. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REIKI by the SEA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable solicitors' fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
